- Shipping Charges: . The customer is charged for all shipping charges on the initial order and exchanges.
- Shipment by: Bainbridge Engraving shipping may be sent by UPS, FedEx and USPS although UPS is our primary carrier. Shipping requires a street address (no PO Box’s). Shipping available to US, APO and Canadian addresses only.
- Delivery time: Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of non-backordered items. Delivery during the Christmas season may require additional shipping days.

- Consolidated Shipments: Entire order will be shipped together, if possible..

Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations |
|
- Returns: For returned items, a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee is imposed.
- Exchanges: There is no restocking fee charged for exchanged items. This applies to sizing exchanges only and NOT to exchanges for other products.
- Cancellations: For cancelled items, a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee is imposed.
- Promptness and Packaging: All returns must be postmarked no latter than 15 days from the original customer shipping date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include original packaging. Customers must ship all items in a shipping box or envelope; don’t use the product packaging as a shipping container. Bainbridge Engraving will refuse returns that don’t meet these requirements.
- Return Authorization Number: A return authorization number is required for any return or exchange. Either email or call for a number.
- Incorrect Item Received: No extra charge! Bainbridge Engraving will replace incorrect item and pay the return shipping charges. Bainbridge Engraving will reimburse customer the standard shipping rate only!

- Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: Bainbridge Engraving will notify you via e-mail and give you a cancellation option.
